Most known as the REALTOR® that gives back, Scott Comfort received the prestigious RE/MAX Community Care Award that honours highly successful real estate agents nationwide within the RE/MAX network. The Community Service Award is a rare award for RE/MAX Western Canada to hand out and in 2020 to Scott received the honour.  “Being a real estate agent with RE/MAX, has allowed me to find and sell clients properties, as well as support local community projects either with donations or with time.” Comfort says.  

Throughout his real estate career, Comfort has accomplished many industry successes, In addition, Comfort actively supports so many community events. A few of these are the Wadena Ball Diamonds, Wadena Minor Hockey, Foam Lake Parent/Child Golf Tournament, Wadena RE/MAX Curling Club, Foam Lake Curling Club, Curling Canada Board of Governors and Softball Saskatchewan volunteer of the year winner in 2019, just to name a few.

 Scott was also a pioneer in the use of Drone Aerial Videos as one of the first in Canada to use the service.   Scott is an Commercial, Agricultural and Residential REALTOR® specializing in the Ag division.  His main coverage area for Agricultural properties is Central to East Central Saskatchewan from Southey to Nipawin. However, he is not restricted to only that area. For Residential Scott’s area is a 30 miles radius around Wadena. In particular I have experience in Foam Lake, Fishing Lake, Wadena, Wynyard, Kelvington, and Quill Lake.

Scott was born and raised in Wadena. After living in Regina for 12 years, Scott and his wife Marcy decided it was time to move back to our hometown to raise our family Son Kade (2011) and daughter Jae (2015). In his spare time Scott enjoy’s curling, fastball, and spending time at Fishing Lake.

While living in Regina Scott earned a degree in Kinesiology from the University of Regina, majoring in Recreation and Sports Administration.

In addition, to the traditional methods of marketing your property Scott will always be creating new and unique ways to promote your property. Scott knows Wadena and the surrounding area very well and knows the importance of being involved in the community in a small town.
